General Statement

First and foremost, Camp Halcyon is an inclusive experience for adults looking for a reprieve from the stressors and hardships of everyday life. We have a no tolerance policy for hate, bigotry or discrimination of any kind.

Beyond Camping, LLC, Camp Halcyon and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse access prior to, during and after any and all events to individual(s) determined not to be adhering to policies including but not limited to those set herein. Additionally, all Camp Halcyon participants are required to sign waivers releasing liability from Beyond Camping, LLC, Camp Halcyon, its affiliates as well as the host camp site. Any refusal or failure to do so will result in the prevention or immediate ejection from the event without opportunity to recoup funds. Any and all costs incurred as a result of prevention or ejection shall fall solely on the prevented/ejected individual(s).

Pre-Registrations/Deposits

Full camp registrations as well as remaining balances after deposits have been paid will be available beginning 2024.

Once confirmed, a $100 pre-registration payment guarantees you a spot at one of our 2024 camps. Whenever possible, we will honor your requested camp date. We may sell out of the camp date of your choosing, at which point we will offer you first pick of your second choice.

After your deposit has been confirmed, we will email you a payment link prior to the camp season to cover the remainder of your balance.

Full camp payments will be refundable up to thirty (30) days prior to the start of your chosen camp date. $100 deposits will be refundable up to fourteen (14) days prior to the start of your chosen camp date. Full camp payments and deposits are transferable to a camp date for the following year up to one (1) week prior to the start of your chosen camp date. Once a camp transfer has been requested, the camper forfeits any and all rights to future deposit and full payment refunds. Additional refunds and transfers will be approved on a case by case basis.
